Scope Privacy Policy Basics
This Privacy Policy covers NLR’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected from Partners (hereafter “you”) who use the EXON online portal, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business.
This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that NLR does not own or control, or to people that NLR does not employ or manage.
Information Collected and It's Use
NLR collects personally identifiable information during the Partner setup process, and when you use certain NLR products and services. NLR may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.
When you register with NLR, we ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and email address), as well as certain information pertaining to your business,
Information Security
Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. We use firewalls and other security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
We also require that any personally identifiable consumer information sent to us by you be encrypted using SSL encryption.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a computer, whether or not it is shared, and otherwise protect and periodically change the password used to access the EXON portal.
Cookies
Depending on how you use our Site, we may store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. A cookie is a small data text file which is stored on your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies may also include more personalized information, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server, and your first name to welcome you back to our Site. We may use cookies to perform tasks such as: monitoring aggregate site usage metrics, storing and remembering your passwords (if you allow us to do so), storing account and advertising preferences that you have set, and personalizing the Services we make available to you. However, we do not use cookies to track your browsing behaviors.

NLR reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how NLR will use personally identifiable information, NLR will notify you prior to implementing the change. The amended Terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted. Your continued use of the site or NLR services after the posting of the amended Terms on the Site constitutes your affirmative: (a) acknowledgement of the terms and its modifications; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the terms, as amended.
